What would make tomorrow just 10% easier?
When school feels overwhelming, thinking about the whole day can make it feel even bigger. This tool helps you focus on the next manageable step.
MY TOMORROW PLAN
I do not have to do everything at once.
Tomorrow's goal is one manageable step — with support.

My backup plan
A backup plan does not mean the plan has failed. It means adults know how to help if things become too much.
Email someone who can help
You can create an email from your plan. Nothing is sent automatically.
If you feel unsafe
If somebody is hurting you, threatening you, bullying you or you do not feel safe at school or at home, tell a trusted adult. You can ask to speak to your school’s Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL).
Getting dressed, leaving home, reaching the gate, going into one lesson or asking for help can all be meaningful steps when school feels overwhelming.
For adults supporting this tool
This is a pupil voice and planning tool, not a clinical assessment or diagnosis. It is designed around a support-first approach: understand the emotional barrier, agree manageable next steps, coordinate support and review what helps.
